We've begun using an excellent bio-degradable banner material. For a long time the "green" products tended to sacrifice image quality, not any longer. Bio-Graphics is yielding absolutely excellent results, gorgeous colors, and crisp clear images.
Bio-Graphics is designed to degrade quickly in landfills. Depending on the activity of a given landfill it will degrade in as little as 9 months, though it could take up to 5 years in less favorable conditions. By comparison, similar printing films for digital prints take about 400 years to degrade. Obviously your graphics won't degrade while you use them, only when in the presence of the micro organisms in a landfill.
Bio-Graphics can be used for posters, banner stands, banners and many other uses. When appropriate this is an excellent alternative and is very earth friendly.
